Peter Vanrolleghem will lead a project for the City of Québec, along with INRS-ETE, to develop a predictive model of the Baie de Beauport's water quality.

Peter Vanrolleghem will lead a project to provide the City of Québec with a decision support tool to allow swimming in the St. Lawrence at Baie de Beauport. The City of Québec gave a contract to Université Laval to develop a predictive model of water quality based on many variables, as meteorology, river currents, pathogenes reduction and watewater discharges during rainy periods.

Professor Vanrolleghem will be supported by postdoc researcher Cyril Garneau and INRS-ETE professorsSophie Duchesne and Yves Secretan.
