Sey-Hana Saing obtained a college diploma in biotechnology at Cegep of Lévis-Lauzon, Quebec, Canada (2007). Since December 2014, he works as a research laboratory technician for the Canada Research Chair in Water Quality Modelling located at Université Laval in Quebec City, Canada.

He is responsible of the modelEAU wastewater treatment pilot-laboratory and of the monitoring stations for water quality. His main function is the management and the operation of these facilities.
