Monitoring, understanding, modelling and improving the KAMAK wastewater treatmen
After graduating from Université Laval in water engineering in 2014, Gabrielle started her master degree in the same field under the supervision of Paul Lessard and with Peter Vanrolleghem as co-supervisor.
The main objective of the research conducted by Gabrielle consists in the characterisation of the sludge from the wastewater technology of the kamEAU project. This project aims to improve understanding of the different treatment mechanisms taking place in a technology developed as an upgrading solution for overloaded or potentially insufficient lagoon-based municipal facilities.
