Marion was a student at the University of Marseilles preparing a DUT in chemical and process engineering when she came to modelEAU. She carried out a ten weeks internship at the Université Laval in order to validate her diploma.

She worked on the project primEAU. The goal was to study the primary settling, a process used in the wastewater treatment, to be able to optimize it. This study was done on a pilot primary settler working under real conditions. Indeed, the water that was used came upstream of the primary settlers of the eastern treatment station of Québec City.

Her goal was to establish and validate a protocol in order to determine the quantity of carbohydrates in wastewater and/or biomass.
