Nicolas was a student at the university of Marseille and was preparing a technician diploma (DUT) in chemical and processes engineering. He carried out a ten weeks internship at the Université Laval (Québec) to validate his second year and to get his diploma.

He worked on the project primEAU. His task was to make analysis (BOD, COD, lipids, carbohydrate, suspended particles, etc…) on the primary clarifier of a treatment plant.

The goal was to allow modeling of waste water’s quality and treatment.
