Lucile was a French student of the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) of Toulouse, with an international experience at the University of Texas in Austin in Chemical Engineering. She has adegree in High Tech Innovation Management at the Toulouse Business School.

As a member of the monEAU projet, she took care and maintained the monEAU automatic monitoring stations, performed intensive sampling, particle and pollutant analyses in the environmental laboratory, and data interpretation and reporting.
