Elodie obtained a Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Mechanical technical engineering in 2011 at Cegep du Vieux-Montreal. In 2016, she obtained a bachelor in managed and naturals environnements at Université Laval. In 2019, she decided to start research master's degree within the modelEAU team.

Her project is based on the comprehension of the differents dry toilets existing at the international, the legislations associated and the limits of their integration in Quebec and in Canada. The second purpose of this research is to add a value (new products) to the waste produced by this kind of technology.
