Jean-David completed a Bachelor’s degree in Water Engineering at Laval University from 2011 to 2015. He then went on to study for a Master’s degree under the supervision of Peter Vanrolleghem, specialising in signal processing and microbiological modelling of wastewater.

In 2021, Jean-David returned to modelEAU to work on the Thales-COVID project, where he is responsible for data management.
