Tobias holds a bachelor degree in environmental engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology – ETH Zurich (2014). He then started a master’s program with majors in Urban Water Management and Hydraulic Engineering at the ETH Zurich.

For his master’s program he has done an internship at modelEAU as part of the monEAU project. In this project, he tested the new sensors of the company WTW which were installed in the monitoring stations for future projects in the field. Another part of his work at modelEAU was to develop a database in MySQL for the research group where it is possible to import and export data for all the members of modelEAU.
