Maria worked as a research professional and a laboratory manager in the modelEAU group.

Her tasks were to:

• Identify the appearance of deviations from the working system:Management protocols for the good functioning of equipment and projects in the group;
  Equipment calibration to avoid or minimizes these deviations.
  
• Define the organizational and management structure of the laboratory.
• Specify the responsibilities of all those who manage, conduct or verify the work that has some effects on the quality of the tests and calibration.
• Help in the training of students in the chemistry lab.
