When he came to modelEAU, Maxime was a 2nd year engineering student in cooperative education at ei.CESI and SAUR in France. In his work, he realized many studies on sewage, drinking water and rainwater network. He also worked on different projects like leaks pre-locating and H2S treatment.

For his engineering school program, he did an internship at modelEAU as part of the monEAU project at Université Laval. He worked on the monEAU project based on automatic water quality monitoring stations. The first part of his internship was the testing of different sensors of monEAU stations in regards to the standard ISO 15839. His second mission was the installation of three monEAU station in the sewer and the WWTP. The last part of his internship was the maintenance of equipment, recovery and treatment of the data supplied by the station.
