Sovanna Tik has an engineering degree from ENGEES, a French National Water and Environmental Engineering School in Strasbourg, with a specialization in sustainable water management in urban areas, she is now a PhD student at Université Laval.

Her PhD project consists in highlighting the interest of coupling an integrated model of urban wastewater system with fault-tolerant real-time control strategies to assess and reduce the overall impact of the system on the environment.
